Cast Your Votes!  Scary Costume Throwdown

Who would win? Batman or Vader? The rules:

1. Each combatant knows about the other’s abilities

2. The arena is an abandoned shopping mall.  Neither combatant is aware of the other’s location when the fight starts.

3. The battle ends when one combatant is unable to fight.  Running away is a defeat.

Your thoughts, internet?

Okay, let’s see… if he knew the matchup was going to happen, Batman would bring an ysalamiri along, so there go Vader’s close-range Force powers and ability to sense him at range. That leaves Vader’s only Force-based advantage as the ability to throw crap from outside the bubble. And if Batman gets the drop on Vader (which he should, since Vader can’t sense him coming), it’s all over.

On the other hand, if they get only standard equipment (read: no ysalamiri), Batman doesn’t stand a chance. Vader senses him, drops architecture on him, and wanders over to finish him off with lightsaber and Force choke at his leisure. Fin.
