Sunday = Named for Sól, Goddess of the sun
Monday = Day of the Moon - Named for Máni, god of the moon
Tuesday = Named for Mars (Týr)
Wednesday = Named for Odin (Woden or Mercury)
Thursday = Named for Thor (Thunor)
Friday = Named for Frigg (Venus)
Saturday = Named for Saturn

So yes, without gods our days of the week would be named differently, but not because of your god.
